Summary of Presentations
[ Keynote Lecture ]
Two topics about the latest developments in tea researches and the future prospects were presented.
[ Symposium ]
Seven topics including anticancer effects of tea that were tested in human studies were presented in the health benefit area. Six topics such as the latest research results that could be used in the global tea market were discussed in the production area.
[ Poster Session ]
60 topics including anticancer effects and the efficacy to prevent metabolic syndrome related diseases were presented in the health benefit area. 77 topics related with breeding, cultivation and quality including mechanisms of forming tea ingredients were discussed in the production area.
