About 140 restaurants and shops in the Shizuoka prefecture designated as "Fujinokuni Food Capital Expert" prepared and offered dishes and sweets whose theme was the eighty-eighth day from the beginning of spring. The menus used various foodstuffs from Shizuoka including tea.
